What happens after booking

Booking online gives us the information we need to plan your visit, but it is not always a final quotation. Some issues can only be properly assessed once we have the bike in the workshop.

Book online

Choose the service that best matches what your bike needs and tell us as much as you can about the problem.

01

Drop off your bike

Bring your bike to the shop. We may ask a few additional questions about the issue, how the bike is used and any recent work.

02

You approve any changes

We will explain any extra work, parts or costs clearly. Nothing outside the agreed booking will be added without your approval.

03

We assess it properly

Stuart will inspect the bike and confirm what work is required. If anything different or additional is identified, we will contact you.

04

The work is completed

Once everything is agreed, your bike will be serviced or repaired with the same care and attention we would expect for our own bikes.

05

Collect Your Bike

We will let you know as soon as your bike is ready and provide any relevant advice about bedding-in and future maintenance.
